A custom pixie cut tutu, wings, and a headband with a matching flower all in a bright shade of green, come together to create a perfect Tinkerbell costume! *Ribbon sash is not affixed to the dress so it may be used as a tutu once it is too short to be wron as a dress. Ribbon sash must be tied around the waist once it is redy to be worn.
