More than 2 1/2 yards of soft tulle and 5 yards of satin ribbon combine to make this luxurious tutu dress. With just the right amount of ‘bling’, this is a wall piece that will be the envy of all who see it. Perfect to also hang those beautiful hair clips and bows that are essential to any little girls collection.

This dress measures around 30 inches from top of bodice to bottom of tulle. It features a white and black swirled, padded bodice trimmed with a satin bow and rhinestones. Each of the clip display ribbon lengths is trimmed with a rhinestone and has both wide and narrow ribbon for your large and mini clips.

Each dress is lovingly made by hand, over a number of hours, with much attention to detail.
